Are bikes surfboards or pets allowed on board?

Ned’s Airport Shuttle Service can refuse to accept any luggage that is generally not suitable to be loaded into our vehicle. There will be an additional charge applied for any excess and or oversized luggage and for surfboards.

When should I make my reservation?

Make your reservation as soon as you have your flight information.

Will I be charged for tolls?

All toll charges will occur upon customer’s fare.

What happens with lost property?

Lost property will be kept for 3 months, if it has not been collected by then it will be disposed of. (Food items will be disposed of immediately)

How long will the shuttle wait for me?

The shuttle will wait for 60 minutes before it must depart

Can I get a refund if I cancel my booking?

Money will be refunded if the customer cancels the booking 24-48 hours before hand
